FRCN FM station invasion: Court remands Yoruba Nation agitators in prison 

An Oyo state Magistrate Court sitting in Ibadan Monday remanded the 7 members of Oodua Nation agitators that invaded FRCN, Amuludun FM Ibadan, late last month at Abolongo Prison custody till September 13.

The seven members of Oodua nation agitators were arraigned before an Oyo state Magistrate Court, sitting in Iyanganku, Ibadan.

Police prosecutor, Inspector Folake Ewe, said the suspects were arraigned on four count charge of conspiracy, treason and two counts of armed robbery.

Inspector Ewe listed the arraigned Oodua nation agitators as Noah Atoyebi, Adeleke Gbenga, Abdulganiyu Mustapha, Bashiru Kehinde, Ifagbola Elijah, Oladapo Ajani and Rasheed Jimoh. 

Magistrate P. O. Adetuyi did not take the plea of the 7 defendants and ordered their remand at Abolongo Prison, Oyo.
