APC Youth Wing Mourns the Passing of Hon. Isaac Omodewu, Oyo State Chairman
The Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hon. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu, the State Chairman of the party.
Hon. Omodewu, who passed away in the early hours of today in the United States, was widely regarded as a steadfast leader and mentor, whose absence will be keenly felt across the party.
In an official statement, APC State Youth leader, Prince John Oyetunji Aremu, extended condolences to all party members and supporters, emphasizing the profound impact of Hon. Omodewu’s death on the party.
“Honorable Omodewu was more than a leader; he was a guiding light, a mentor, and a steadfast advocate for the values we hold dear,” Prince Aremu said. “His departure leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts and in the fabric of our party.”
“His unwavering dedication to the growth and unity of our party, and his tireless efforts in promoting the welfare of our communities, will forever be remembered and cherished,” he remarked.
Reflecting on the late Chairman’s commitment to the youth, Prince Aremu expressed deep gratitude for the opportunities Hon. Omodewu created for young people within the party.
“We, the youth, are particularly grateful for the opportunities he created for us, his belief in the power of the younger generation, and his encouragement for us to be active participants in the political process,” he stated.
“His legacy of integrity, service, and commitment to progress will continue to inspire us as we carry forward his vision for a better future.”
