Mogaji Olatubosun Ismaila Akintoye, the Mogaji of Odeepo Oke Offa Babasale, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, on the momentous occasion of his 80th birthday.
