Umar Farouk Arisekola-Alao, Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives hopeful has extended his warmest congratulations to the Honourable Minister of Power, Chief Bayo Adelabu, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.

In a statement released today, Hon Umar Farouk Arisekola Alao, former Commissioner for Youth & Sports in Oyo State described Chief Adelabu as a visionary leader and a distinguished son of Ibadan, who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the development of Nigeria, particularly in the power sector.

“Chief Bayo Adelabu is a man whose 54 years of life have been marked by exemplary leadership, commitment to service, and a deep dedication to the progress of our nation. His tenure as Minister of Power has seen significant strides in addressing one of the most critical areas of national development,” Arisekola-Alao remarked.

He further acknowledged Chief Adelabu’s contributions during his time as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, where his expertise in economic matters helped steer the country towards stability. Arisekola-Alao highlighted that Chief Adelabu’s service has left an indelible mark not only in Oyo State but also across the nation.

“As we celebrate this milestone of 54 years, I join others in wishing Chief Adelabu continued success, good health, and the grace to further impact the lives of Nigerians with the same passion and dedication for which he is renowned,” Arisekola-Alao added.
