“On this sacred occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and warm wishes to all our Muslim brothers and sisters. This celebration reminds us of Prophet Ibrahim’s obedience and trust in the Almighty, and it encourages us all, regardless of our faith to live lives of sacrifice, compassion, and unity.”
Hon. Asukuna also called on the faithful to use the opportunity of the festival to reflect on the importance of peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and prayers for the progress and stability of Nigeria, especially as the nation continues to navigate economic and social challenges.

“As we rejoice with our Muslim compatriots, let us also remember the less privileged, and share in the spirit of giving and solidarity that this celebration promotes.”
“May this Eid bring joy to every household, strengthen the bonds of love among our people, and renew our hope for a better, united, and peaceful Nigeria.”
