Hon. Ikumogunniyi Biodun Asukuna, a frontline aspirant for the House of Representatives seat in Ibadan South West/ Ibadan North West Federal Constituency, has congratulated the Ibadan North West Football Team on their hard-fought victory over Ibadan South East in the ongoing Asiwaju Unity Cup Tournament in Oyo State.

The thrilling match, which ended 2-0 in favour of Ibadan North West Local Government, secured the team’s qualification to the next stage of the highly anticipated grassroots tournament, organised by the APC Progressive Youth Ambassadors to foster unity, sportsmanship, and youth engagement across the party’s structure in the state.

Hon. Asukuna, who is one of the sponsors of the tournament, described the victory as a testament to the resilience, coordination, and youthful energy within Ibadan North West, a key part of the federal constituency he seeks to represent.
