Former Supervisory Councillor of Afijio Local Government, Hon. Qaseem Okanlawon, has joined family members, friends, and political associates to celebrate Hon. James Adeleke, former Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a seasoned politician, a dogged leader, and a consistent driver of grassroots development and APC progress in Oyo State.
