Hon. Umar Farouk Arisekola Alao, 2027 Ibadan North Federal Constituency hopeful and former Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Oyo State, has provided public address systems and accessories to the Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan North Local Government.

‎The support, according to a statement made available to the media, is aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the youth wing and enhancing effective communication and mobilisation at the grassroots level.

‎Arisekola Alao noted that the youth arm of the party remains a vital component of its structure, playing a central role in engagement, awareness, and coordination of activities across wards within the local government.

‎“The youth wing is critical to the growth and sustainability of our party. Providing tools that will aid their activities is part of a broader commitment to ensuring that they are well supported and positioned to contribute meaningfully.”

He added that his involvement reflects a consistent commitment to youth development and empowerment, a principle he upheld during his time in public office and continues to promote as a stakeholder and aspirant.

Arisekola Alao further emphasized that strengthening party structures at the grassroots requires deliberate support and collaboration, particularly in equipping young members with the resources needed to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
