Hon. Okanlawon Qaseem, former Supervisory Councillor in Afijio Local Government and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has congratulated Hon. Oyekunle Owolabi, popularly known as Asado, on the occasion of his birthday.
