Woman charged with murder after fatally stabbing husband during noodle dinner fight

In a recent report by The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), it was revealed that a woman named Damilola has been charged with murder. According to the police prosecution, Inspector Olalekan Adegbite, the incident occurred on July 4 around 8.30 p.m, resulting in the tragic death of Damilola’s husband.

Adegbite stated in court, “The couple, residents of Adogba Ajegede area in Ibadan, engaged in a heated argument over a dinner of noodles when Damilola allegedly stabbed her husband, Oluwashina, aged 27.”

The accused has been charged under the provisions of Section 316 and is liable to punishment as stated in Section 319 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000.
