Ansar-Ud-Deen Centennial Celebration: Agbaje Preaches Faith for National Rebirth

Legal luminary, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has advocated for a nation that is grounded in faith and embraces unity. He gave the charge at the grand finale centennial celebration organized by the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Agbowo Branch.

“I want to urge us to imbibe the true values of our religion and embrace the dictates of our faith. Religion provides a strong foundation for effective leadership, and a society that respects the dictates of faith will flourish in morality which will ensure discipline and in turn lead to prosperity.

As a people, we should cultivate an atmosphere of love, that is a virtue we must continue to preach and imbibe. Parents and guardians should teach their children and wards the will of God. This is how to raise a generation that will not only love God but also fear Almighty Allah. When there is a God-fearing generation, the positive effect will rub of on the society.”

At the centennial anniversary where he was chairman, Barr. Agbaje admonished Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of true unity irrespective of religion, ethnic divide or political affiliations.

“The growth, development and prosperity of Nigeria should be our collective goal. We cannot achieve these in disunity, we must be united so we can have the peace, progress and prosperity that we all crave.”
