Agbaje Mourns Chief Micheal Koleosho, Calls Him a Great Patriot and Statesman
Barr Akeem Agbaje, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Chief Micheal Adeniyi Koleosho, a former Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and chairman of the defunct Alliance for Democracy.
In a statement issued by his Media Office in Ibadan, Agbaje described Chief Koleosho’s death as a painful loss, emphasizing that Oyo State and Nigeria have lost a great patriot and statesman whose contributions to the development of the state and the nation cannot be overstated.
“It is a moment of profound grief as we mourn the loss of Baba Micheal Koleosho, a man who was unwavering in his commitment to the progress and prosperity of Oyo State and Nigeria,” he said.
“His legacy of service, dedication to the public good, and his role as a statesman will be remembered for generations.”
Agbaje extended his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of Chief Koleosho, his political associates, the paramount ruler of Saki, the people of Saki, and all residents of Oyo State.He prayed for the Almighty to grant them the strength to bear this great loss.
