Hon. Umar Farouk Arisekola Alao, Ibadan North Federal Constituency Hopeful, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan North and across the globe on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fast and the joyous celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

In a goodwill message, the former Commissioner for Youth and Sport emphasized that the devotion and discipline exhibited during the holy month of Ramadan should continue beyond the period of fasting, as the worship of Allah is a lifelong commitment. He urged Muslims to uphold the values of piety, patience, and kindness that Ramadan teaches.

“As we mark the end of this sacred month, let us remember that our devotion to Allah should not be confined to Ramadan alone but should reflect in our daily lives through acts of righteousness, compassion, and service to humanity.”

He also called on the Muslim faithful to use the occasion to pray for enduring peace, stability, and progress in Nigeria, with a particular focus on Ibadan North Federal Constituency.

“At this time, our nation needs prayers and unity. I urge all Muslims to continue seeking Allah’s guidance and blessings for the prosperity of our country and the well-being of our communities,” he added.

Arisekola Alao wished all celebrants a joyous and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr, praying that Almighty Allah accepts their acts of worship and grants them abundant blessings.
