Barrister Mubo Adelabu Hosts Rector, Management Team of Federal Polytechnic Ilẹ-Oluji in Ibadan

Barrister Mubo Adelabu, the newly appointed Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Ilẹ-Oluji, Ondo State, in a show of solidarity and mutual commitment to institutional progress, hosted the institution’s Rector, Dr. Ademola Ebeloku, and the management team in Ibadan on Thursday, April 17.
The visit, described as a strategic move to strengthen the working relationship between the institution’s leadership and the new Council Chairman, saw both parties exchanging goodwill and laying down the foundation for future collaboration.


In his remarks, the Rector Dr. Ebeloku expressed his delight over the appointment of Barrister Adelabu, describing her as a distinguished politician and legal luminary whose track record of excellence will no doubt benefit the Polytechnic.
“We are truly elated to have someone of your caliber lead our Governing Council,” the Rector said. “Your vast experience in law and politics is an asset, and we are confident that your leadership will usher in a new era of growth and visibility for our institution.”
In response, Barrister Adelabu warmly welcomed the visiting team and appreciated their thoughtful gesture of traveling to Ibadan for the courtesy visit. She emphasized her readiness to work collaboratively with the Rector and his team to bring tangible improvements to the Polytechnic.
“I am deeply honored by your visit, and I assure you that I am fully committed to supporting this institution,” she said. “Staff and student welfare are at the top of my agenda. I believe that with unity of purpose and dedication, we can achieve great strides.”
Barrister Adelabu also called for synergy among all stakeholders, urging the Rector and management to work hand in hand with the Council to ensure the Polytechnic reaches greater heights in academic excellence, infrastructure, and community development.
The visit ended on a positive note with both parties expressing optimism for a productive tenure marked by impactful initiatives and strong governance.
