Umar Farouk Arisekola Alao, a leading aspirant for Ibadan North Federal Constituency under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin (Ige Olakulehin I), the Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the occasion of his 90th birthday.
