Hon. Ikumogunniyi Biodun Asukuna, an Ibadan South West/Ibadan North West Federal Constituency aspirant, has congratulated His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, on his emergence as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

In a congratulatory statement, Hon. Asukuna described the development as a great blessing for Ibadanland and the Yoruba race at large.

According to the financial expert, Oba Ladoja’s wealth of experience as a former Governor of Oyo State, a distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic, and now the revered custodian of Ibadan traditions, places him in a unique position to uplift the cultural and political standing of Ibadanland and Yoruba heritage globally.

“As one who has served our people in both political and traditional capacities, Kabiyesi brings unmatched knowledge, wisdom, and a deep sense of responsibility to the exalted stool of the Olubadan. His reign will no doubt further strengthen the unity, development, and pride of Ibadanland.”

He further prayed for long life, wisdom, and good health for the Olubadan as he begins this new chapter of service to the people of Ibadanland and beyond.
