Arisekola-Alao Celebrates Chief Kola Daisi at 93

Hon. Umar Farouk Arisekola-Alao, a committed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Oyo State, has joined well-meaning Nigerians and the people of Ibadanland in celebrating the Bashorun of Ibadan, Chief Kola Daisi, on his 93rd birthday.

In his tribute, Arisekola-Alao described Chief Kola Daisi not only as a statesman, industrialist, philanthropist, and founder of KolaDaisi University (KDU), but also as a father figure whose guidance, wisdom, and generosity have shaped the lives of many, himself included.

“Baba Kola Daisi has been more than a leader to us; he has been a father whose words of wisdom and acts of generosity have guided many of us on the path of service and responsibility. At 93, Baba’s life stands as a symbol of inspiration, a life fully committed to uplifting others, advancing education, and promoting unity.”

He prayed that Almighty Allah grant Chief Kola Daisi continued good health, peace of mind, and many more years of impactful living, so that Ibadan, Oyo State, and Nigeria will continue to benefit from his legacy of service and humanity.
