Hon Akande Abiola Samuel Resigns as Supervisor for Budget and Finance, Ogo Oluwa Local Government
Hon. Akande Abiola Samuel has resigned from his position as Supervisor for Budget and Finance in Ogo Oluwa Local Government Area of Oyo State, with immediate effect.

In a formal resignation letter addressed to the Chairman of Ogo Oluwa Local Government, Hon. Akande expressed appreciation for the opportunity to serve, describing his tenure as a valuable experience in public service.


He acknowledged that his appointment was made possible through the leadership and confidence of the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and thanked the state government for the trust reposed in him to contribute to grassroots governance.
Hon. Akande also appreciated the cooperation and support he received from the local government leadership, management, and staff during his time in office, noting that the working relationship helped in the discharge of his responsibilities.

While tendering his resignation in good faith, he reaffirmed his commitment to the development of Ogo Oluwa Local Government and Oyo State, and wished the administration continued success in serving the people.
Hon. Akande Abiola Samuel was among the 360 Supervisory Councilors and Special Assistants appointed across the 33 Local Government Areas of Oyo State by Governor Seyi Makinde in July 2024.
