Hon. Mustapha Olanrewaju Salaudeen, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State and a 2027 aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North Constituency I, has extended warm felicitations to the Christian faithful in Ibadan North Local Government and beyond on the occasion of Easter, marking the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

‎In a statement released to commemorate the celebration, Hon. Salaudeen described Easter as a sacred period that reflects the triumph of sacrifice, love, and hope over despair, urging Christians to draw enduring lessons from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

He encouraged adherents of the Christian faith to embody the virtues of selflessness, forgiveness, humility, and compassion, noting that these values remain essential in fostering unity, peaceful coexistence, and societal progress.

According to him, “The resurrection of Jesus Christ reminds us of the power of sacrifice, the importance of forgiveness, and the enduring grace of compassion. I urge all Christians to reflect these virtues in their daily interactions and contributions to society.”
