The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, Hon. Umar Farouk Arisekola-Alao, has felicitated with the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Arusa I, on the occasion of his 82nd birthday and first anniversary on the throne.

Umar Farouk described the double celebration as a significant milestone worthy of gratitude to Almighty God, while celebrating the Olubadan’s remarkable life of service, experience and contributions to the development of Ibadanland and Oyo State.

He said the Olubadan’s emergence on the ancient throne of Ibadanland represented the culmination of decades of public service, political experience and commitment to the advancement of the people, noting that his wealth of experience remains valuable to the city and its people.
