Nigerian Workers Remain the Engine of Progress — AWA Commends Labour Force
Dr. Ademola Wasiu Alli (AWA), a seasoned administrator, business mogul, and 2027 senatorial aspirant for Oyo Central under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has paid tribute to Nigerian workers, acknowledging their critical role in driving the nation’s development.

In a message marking the contributions of workers across the country, Dr. Alli described labour as the unseen engine that sustains the machinery of national progress, noting that the dedication and resilience of workers remain central to Nigeria’s steady advancement.

He commended employees in both the public and private sectors for their steadfast industry and commitment, urging them to remain focused and consistent in their pursuit of excellence.
“Nigerian workers remain the backbone of our nation’s growth. Their discipline, sacrifice, and commitment continue to sustain our collective progress and must be upheld at all times.”

Dr. Alli emphasised that the collective effort of the workforce is vital to achieving sustainable development, adding that productivity, integrity, and professionalism must remain guiding principles for all workers.
He also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for recent measures aimed at improving workers’ welfare, including salary adjustments and policies designed to enhance the quality of life of Nigerians.
According to him, such efforts reflect a commitment to repositioning the workforce as a key driver of national growth, urging workers to align with the Renewed Hope Agenda through improved productivity and adherence to best practices.
“The Renewed Hope Agenda presents an opportunity for national rebirth, and our workers must key into it through dedication, efficiency, and a renewed sense of purpose.”
