WORKERS’ DAY: Salaudeen Commends Labour, Supports Reform Efforts
Hon. Mustapha Olanrewaju Salaudeen, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State and a 2027 aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North Constituency I, has paid tribute to workers in Ibadan North, Oyo State, and across Nigeria in commemoration of Workers’ Day, describing them as central to the nation’s growth and stability.

In a statement made available to the media, Hon. Salaudeen acknowledged the vital role of workers across both public and private sectors, noting that their dedication, resilience, and daily sacrifices continue to sustain national development.


He commended the discipline and commitment of the workforce, stressing that their contributions remain essential to the country’s progress and long term aspirations for economic stability and social advancement.
According to him, “Workers remain the foundation upon which our development as a nation rests. Their resilience, commitment, and sense of duty continue to drive progress in ways that may not always be visible but are deeply impactful.”

Hon. Salaudeen urged workers to remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence, emphasizing that professionalism, diligence, and integrity are critical to achieving meaningful development at all levels.
He also commended the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in implementing policies aimed at improving workers’ welfare, noting that ongoing reforms and interventions are designed to strengthen productivity and enhance living standards.
