Dr. Ademola Wasiu Alli (AWA), aspirant in the All Progressives Congress (APC) Oyo Central Senatorial District primary election, has urged his supporters and party faithful across the district to remain calm and keep faith as the party is yet to officially announce the authentic outcome of the exercise.

AWA’s position follows the official disclaimer released by the Office of the National Chairman of the APC, which warned against unauthorized announcements of senatorial primary election results and stated clearly that no result remains valid until reviewed, verified, and approved by the appropriate committee of the party.

The seasoned administrator maintained that the genuine outcome of the primary election would ultimately reflect the clear will, support, and acceptance he enjoys across the Oyo Central Senatorial District, despite the controversies and irregularities that reportedly trailed the exercise in some areas.

‎He noted that the massive support received from party members, youths, women groups, and grassroots stakeholders before and during the primary election remains a strong indication of the direction of the people’s mandate within the district.

AWA therefore appealed to his supporters to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and unwavering in their commitment to the APC, expressing confidence that fairness, due process, and the collective voice of party members would prevail when the official result is eventually released.
